Machining

One of the many advantages of metal casting is producing near net shape parts. However, in those cases where requirements exceed the casting process capabilities we have the equipment to meet your needs. Our CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes and lapping equipment allows us to finish your components on-site. Additionally, we have the experience and ability to provide custom dedicated machining centers where appropriate for the efficient production of a specific component.

Our machining operations not only provide you with a valuable service, but they save time and handling of your components. All of these factors contribute to quicker production and on-time deliveries for your parts.

Finishing

Our finishing department provides you with a variety of options for finished and deburred casting surfaces. We can shot blast or vibratory deburr castings with multiple grades of media types. We offer a number of optional services, such as:

• Irridite/ Chemical Film/Conversion Coating
• Anodizing
• Powder Coating
• Painting
• Sanding, Buffing, And Polishing
• Nickel, Copper Plating, etc.

Assembly

Our assembly department can provide you with finished, assembled components. This simplifies your production processes, giving you a complete, ready-to-use component, while saving you time and money.
